EQUIPMENT AS PART OF AN INDIVIDUAL PLAN

Professional advice matters.

Falls can have medical, environmental and equipment-related causes. Speak to your GP or local falls service if you have fallen or are worried about your balance.

WITH YOU AT EVERY STEP

From first enquiry to everyday use.

01

Tell us what matters

Share the tasks, journeys or home changes you have in mind, along with your postcode.

02

Explore suitable options

Arrange advice, a demonstration, assessment or survey. Bring a family member or carer if that would help.

03

Agree the details

Confirm the specification, price, availability and any delivery, setup or aftercare arrangements before you order.

HELP BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Your questions, answered.

Can equipment guarantee that I won’t fall?

No. Falls can have several causes. If you have fallen or are worried about your balance, speak to your GP or local falls service; equipment choices should support an individual assessment.

How do I arrange an appointment?

Send an enquiry or call 01524 414000. We’ll contact you to discuss your requirements, check availability and agree a suitable time.

Do you offer free home assessments?

Yes. Share your postcode and the equipment you are interested in so we can confirm availability. Wet-room work starts with a survey enquiry; the scope and any charges will be confirmed in advance.
