Vale’s made-to-order offer includes single tilt-in-space, dual tilt-in-space, wall-hugger, standard dual-motor and quad-motor actions. The quad option includes powered head and lumbar adjustment. Availability depends on size and configuration; Petite is offered only with single and dual tilt-in-space actions.

Can I request a free home assessment?
Yes. Send your enquiry and postcode to ask about a free seating assessment at home. We welcome enquiries from Morecambe, Heysham, Bare, Torrisholme, Lancaster, Hest Bank, Bolton-le-Sands, Carnforth, Halton, Overton, Middleton, Nether Kellet, Milnthorpe, Silverdale, Arnside and Galgate. We’ll confirm appointment and demonstration availability.
How quickly can my order arrive?
Timing depends on the product and configuration. Made-to-order and express options have different availability. Browns will confirm supplier stock or estimated lead time, delivery access and any delivery or setup charges before you order.
How do I know which size or mechanism to choose?
Tell us what you find comfortable, your room layout and any seating requirements. We can compare the available specifications and discuss a demonstration. For specialist seating, share an existing professional specification if you have one.
